How to do ur passport in Malaysia

First of all, go to immigration centre that is nearby ur house. 
I advice u to go early in the morning to avoid long queue, here is the working hour of immigration centre in Malaysia


Passport

Monday - Friday : 7.30 a.m - 5.30 p.m

For Immigration at Federal Territory Putrajaya, Kuala Lumpur and Labuan, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Malacca, Johore, Pahang, Perak, Penang, Perlis, Sabah, Sarawak

Saturday - Sunday : 8.00 a.m - 1.00 p.m

For Immigration Office at Melaka, Negeri Sembilan (Seremban), Pahang (Kuantan), Perak (Ipoh), Selangor (Shah Alam), Federal Territory Kuala Lumpur (Damansara), Johore (Federal Complex), Penang (Seberang Jaya), Sarawak(Kuching), Sabah (Kota Kinabalu)

Sunday - Thursday : 7.30 a.m - 5.30 p.m

For Immigration Office at Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu

Other than passport

Monday - Friday : 7.30 a.m - 5.30 p.m

What u need to bring?
-2 piece of personal photo
-1 photostat ic
-Original ic
-Original birth cert


Reminder, background of photo must be in light blue color, hair cannot cover ur face.


FYI, i went to Seberang Jaya to do my passport. Go to counter 1 to get a form to fill in, after fill in go back to counter 1 again to get ur queue number.

All u have to do is wait for the number call and then approach to the counter. 

After u thumbprint at the 1st counter u'll need to wait for the number call again to proceed to the second stage, which u need to do the payment.
RM100 for 2 year, RM300 for 5 years, u can choose either.
After all this, wait for an hour to get ur passport.
Again, go to counter number 1 say that u wan to take ur passport, she/he will give u a waiting number. When ur turn arrive, u're officially done to take ur passport=)
