Winter in hk is not really cold thou, i dont need extra layer during noon time but a jacket is necessary when the dawn come. It's about 15-18'c during winter, so as a tourist traveling from the Tropicana city would not have a serious issue with that weather.
Speaking of which, i do have some issue with the local people there. They are rude, no manner and arrogant from my point of view, they ignore dess when he's asking a route to a place. We were so obvious that we're there for travel purpose, but they just mind their own business, which is a sad case =( From my personal experience, dont bother asking them, get your own map/gps or u will turn to an angry bird when people not responding!
